To obtain detailed information about a property, you must first register for an account here.  There are a few steps in the registration process. 

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires that we provide all consumers with a standard form of Consumer Notice.  This form is provided electronically on this website.  To access this form, click on Forms on the tool bar at left and then click on Pennsylvania Consumer Notice.  In order to register, you must acknowledge that you have received the Consumer Notice.

Detailed information concerning our listings is available on this website and through our agents.  Much of this information, including in some cases the identity of the property for sale, is confidential and proprietary.  In order to obtain access to confidential information, you must agree to the terms of our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement.  This form is provided electronically on this website.  To access this form, click on Forms on the tool bar at the left of this page and then click on InnSite Non-Disclosure Agreement.  In order to register, you must agree to be bound by the terms of the InnSite Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Once authorized, buyers can download detailed property information using the Download Manager. Additional details are available by calling the InnSite agent about the property you are interested in.
